Funds Deposit/Withdrawal

1. How do clients deposit funds to the trading account?

Clients holding ATM cards issued by Mainland banks with online banking service activated may make use of online payment service to deposit funds. Clients are recommended to capture the onscreen display of successful payment and send the image to our Customer Service e-mail at [email protected] to facilitate our verification. Once the payment is confirmed received, our Customer Service Officers will credit the funds into the clients' account within 10 minutes. Clients may also process the remittance of funds at the bank which will normally be received in one to two banking days. Clients should retain the remittance receipt and contact our Customer Service Center to monitor the receipt of funds.

2. How do clients withdraw funds from the trading account?

Clients may visit the Chancellor Precious Metals Ltd official website at and request withdrawal of funds by CPM membership system, fill in the required information and click on "Submit" to make the request. Alternatively, clients can also contact our Customer Service Center hotline or via the Customer Service QQ to make the withdrawal request. Withdrawal request may be submitted round-the clock, for unlimited occasions and unlimited amount. Mainland clients will receive funds soonest within 1-3 hours. Clients with bank accounts in other countries and regions will receive funds soonest within one banking day.

3. Is there a handling charge for deposit and/or withdrawal?

If clients made the deposit through online payment services, the respective service providers may collect a handling fee. For clients depositing by way of remittance, the bank will also charge clients with the necessary remittance fees; exact amount of fees varies with different banks. As for fund withdrawal, there will be no handling charge.
