Once the account is created, Customer Service Center will call the client to conduct a "Know Your Client" check and verify the information submitted by the client, after which the account log in name and initial password will be sent to the e-mail address furnished by the client.

The client can call our 24 hours Customer Service Center and request to reset the account log in password.
